How does this work?

We believe in the philosophy of daily practice. To promote this philosophy, we calculate the experience scores (XP) by significantly boosting number of days of practice over hours of practice.

Your XP calculation is also capped-off to a maximum of 4-hours of total practice per day.

To ensure fairness for global participants across timezones, we use the UTC time as cut off. The start of a week is 12:00 am UTC Monday and the end of the week is 11:59 pm UTC Sunday.
